Intro to Project Management
Course Overview:
This course covers fundamental project frameworks such as scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement. Participants discuss and reflect upon management skills required to develop a project, secure champions and sponsors, facilitate change and lead a team to successful completion of projects. Students select and apply project management processes to develop, plan and communicate to achieve a high probability of completing a successful project of their choosing (Course Syllabus, Fall 2020).
